How to request a shipping address change?

Once the order is shipped, it will be impossible for us to make changes to the shipping address.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After the order has been placed and the payment has been completed, it will take us 1, max 2 working days to process and ship your order.
The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive at your address after we ship it depends on where you live and is based on deliveries to major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

All transit times are in working days and subject to customs regulations where applicable.

Belgium: 1-2 working days.

The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: 2-4 working days.

This means you can return any pair of stickgrips you’ve bought on www.stick-grips.com for a full refund for any reason as long as they aren’t damaged or show signs of wear and tear.

Why is there a charge showing on my card when the transaction was declined? 

If your transaction was declined, the transaction you see on online banking is an authorization, not a payment. This authorization will be cleared automatically in 3-5 business days. This is a common practice for many credit card companies. It's not done by our processing company or stick-grips. 

Are there different sizes available?

The idea behind stickgrips is that you don’t have to worry about sizing.
However, it’s impossible to make grips that will fit perfectly for both men AND women because men have bigger hands than women. Because of this, we decided to make smaller grips for women resulting in 2 different sizes:

- Stickgrips for men.
- Stickgrips for women.

What are Stickgrips made of?

Stickgrips are almost entirely made of neoprene which is the same material they use for making wetsuits. We then added a layer of durable cotton and some customizable patches so it feels more comfortable when you grip it.
